Fees and Financial Assistance

Professional Service Fees
Fees for our counseling services are $125/hr, depending on what services are offered and the counselor's availability. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. You may pay by cash, by check made payable to "New Promise Counseling," or by credit card or debit card through PayPal by clicking the "Donate" button below.

Insurance
New Promise Counseling Center does not accept insurance. However, we will gladly print you a receipt for our services if you wish to file for reimbursement with your insurance company.

Financial Assistance
New Promise Counseling Center makes every effort to extend our services to all, regardless of financial status. We offer the opportunity for financial assistance to those individuals and families who can demonstrate a genuine financial need. Financial assistance applications are available on our Forms page or by request at our offices.
